Machi Mind Gymnastics ("we", "us") is a small business based in Brisbane, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through machimindgymnastics.com and how we handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

- Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
- Free downloads & newsletter: your email address, so we can send you the resource and occasional news about the book. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Orders: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email and shipping address to fulfil your order — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Only for the purpose you gave it to us: replying to messages, sending downloads and newsletters, and shipping orders. We never sell or rent your information.

- MailerLite — email list and newsletters.
- Resend — delivery of contact form messages.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and collect no personal information.
Each provider stores data under its own privacy policy.
