Where we ship

All orders are packed and posted from Brisbane, Australia via Australia Post.

• Australia — metro: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Australia — regional: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• New Zealand: typically 6–12 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Shipping rates are flat per zone and shown at checkout before you pay. Timeframes are estimates from Australia Post and can vary in peak periods.

Returns & refunds

If your book arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you, including postage.

Change of mind? We accept returns of unused books in original condition within 30 days of delivery; return postage is at your cost and the book price is refunded once it arrives back to us.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
