Shipping & returns
The book is currently on pre-order. Your order is confirmed immediately, and the estimated dispatch date is shown on the book page and in your Stripe receipt.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide — we can't post outside Australia at the moment. All orders are packed and posted from Brisbane via Australia Post.
- Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Regional areas: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Choose Standard or Express postage at checkout; the rate is shown before you pay. Timeframes are estimates from Australia Post and can vary in peak periods.
Returns & refunds
If your book arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you, including postage.
Change of mind? We accept returns of unused books in original condition within 30 days of delivery; return postage is at your cost and the book price is refunded once it arrives back to us.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
